Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products
- If your order is received damaged or contains printing defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage or defects, such as photographs, is required for validation.
- Incorrect Order
- In case of errors caused by Printstore, such as incorrect printing, sizing, or design, we will reprint or refund your order at no additional cost.
- Customer Errors
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors in artwork, typos, or design elements submitted by the customer. We encourage you to carefully review proofs before approving them for production.
- Customized Products
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

- Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with supporting evidence (photos or videos).
- Return Approval
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Product Return
- Approved returns must be sent back to the following address in their original packaging within 14 days of approval:

- Resolution
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing signs of misuse or deliberate damage.
- Orders exceeding the 7-day reporting period from delivery.
- Bulk orders where quality concerns are isolated to a few items.
Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.
