Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Received
    To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Printed Items
    Please note that refunds or returns are not available for any printed items unless you have received the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please raise a ticket. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return your item. Please note that items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right. If you have received the wrong item, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. No refunds will be processed in this case.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
